Producer/Photo Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Producer/Photo Coordinator is responsible for managing photography and photo team requests for merchandise by supplying product and samples, furnishing written and visual aids, problem solving, furnishing prototypes, directing the activities of others as it pertains to the photo request, and meeting exacting deadlines.  This is an hourly paid position. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position. This position is located in Medford, Oregon.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the availability of product for scheduled photography with the requests for product.
  • Review and gain approvals from merchants for all components for photography.
  • Deliver all product components to the photo studio
  • Create schedules and progress updates to ensure maximum photo throughput.
  • Manage product inventory at the photo studio.
  • Update and distribute weekly status reports.
  • Create sample book used for color separation for each catalog promotion.
  • Manage food product acquisition, quality, inventory and disposal for photography.
  • Manage inventory of stock rooms and clean as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Two+ years previous photography coordination experience and/or training in similar job is preferable. Must have project coordination experience. Proficient using MS Office Suite preferred.  Experience working in SAP is desired.
  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License and proof of insurance (3 year clean driving record)
