Manager, Talent Acquisition, Corporate

Position Summary:

The Manager, Talent Acquisition, Corporate is responsible for generating new candidates through e-mails, cold calls, resume search, networking and leads to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within the Corporate divisions. The Manager will also lead the college recruiting program, establish policies and procedures, and establish budgets . Additionally, the position will be a source of guidance in strategic areas including succession planning and career pathing. This position is located in Medford, Oregon.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide Talent Acquisition leadership and consultation to the corporate divisions (i.e. sourcing, recruiting, hiring, onboarding and succession planning.)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs including full-time, independent contractor and technical support.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition and HR Managers throughout Corporate to implement and maintain company-wide succession planning that ensures strong management continuity.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess positional needs and write job descriptions.
  • Advise managers and employees on talent acquisition policies and procedures.
  • Manage the Corporate Internship Program including developing the campus recruiting calendar, interview process, development of on-campus relationships and overall program leadership and branding.
  • Maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, and new developments in talent management.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline required.
  • Five to seven years of successful professional recruiting experience desired. Direct and indirect sourcing experience preferred.
  • Experience managing and developing recruitment strategies in an HR environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong long-term relationships.
  • Strong business acumen in working with both department managers and HR leaders to build recruiting plans based on achieving business goals.
