Manager, Customer Relationship Management & Loyalty
Position Summary:
The Manager, Customer Relationship Management & Loyalty is responsible for assisting in the development and working with cross-functional teams to execute customer relationship management strategies. The manager will work with Data and Analytics team to make recommendations based on the results of analysis with a focus on increasing profitability. This position is located in Medford, Oregon.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with Creative Services, Merchandising and Operations to execute messaging and promotional plans.
- Manage the communication and training of marketing messaging and promotional plans across service organizations. (Call Center, Stores)
- Drive analysis of results and make recommendations for future testing and rollout of campaigns.
- Partner with creative resources to launch all collateral, writing briefs, reviewing comps, QA, and measuring results. (Campaign/Creative/Production Management)
- Assist in the development to launch a financially sound brand loyalty program for retail and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Manage the execution of financial, service and emotional benefits that will be appropriate for customer segments based on analysis of value and potential.
- Coordinate loyalty efforts across all channels and functional areas to integrate loyalty into all marketing programs.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Four years experience in marketing, with a focus on direct marketing.
- Experience in project management, planning, and process improvement, as well as problem analysis and resolution experience at both a strategic and functional level is preferred.
- Experience managing loyalty programs.
- Experience running and optimizing large scale marketing programs and developing strategies to optimize customer lifetime value.
- Must have the ability to handle a multitude of diverse responsibilities and work independently to achieve desired results.
