Distribution Administration
Position Summary:
The Sr Clerk provides administrative and customer service support to the receiving function for HopewellThis position is located in Hebron, Ohio.
Essential Functions
- Provides customer service in-person (receiving driver window) and over the phone to internal and external customers.
- Creates receiving packets, enters info (receipt of product) into Profit, WMS, SAP systems. Prints labels for each receipt and prints the bill of lading. Creates pallet pattern coordination.
- Completes daily and weekly reports.
- Schedule delivery appointments on outlook calendar, create receiving packets and files completed packets.
- Will assist with production floor material handler (unload trailers, label product, etc) when needed.
- Assists in managing the receipt scheduling of the Receiving Operation. Manages the appointment schedule of over 50 trucks in a 24 hour work day adapting to constant change.
Position Requirements:
- Education - High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience - 6 months – 1 year administrative experience with a demonstrated ability to provide customer service and handle multiple tasks meeting exact deadlines. Accurate clerical skills – typing, math and spelling. Microsoft Office proficiency with the ability to learn warehouse management systems.
Special Requirements:
- • Ability to lift 30lbs
- Ability to stand/sit for 8 hours a day.
